Our smaller model fits a queen size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and small desk. You could even fit a child’s cot if you needed too.
The larger model offers a little more space and can either accommodate a queen size bed, with more living area for a small couch or dining table; or two single beds, or a queen and a single bed. The options are endless really.
Both sizes are suitable for a number of applications. They are air-conditioned, are fitted with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, offer plenty of natural light inside , a two-way sliding door, small balcony and are decorated in modern, neutral colours.

After having to move home into an already crowded house, the room was a perfect addition. The room was well made, comfy and fit all that was needed and the air conditioner was heaven during summer. The delivery, set up and removal of the room by Dan was wonderful and easy and Larissa was absolutely wonderful and understanding of the situation on hand. Both were a delight to deal with.
